Geothermal heat pump system with seven geothermal boreholes of closed type. Installed capacity of the heat pump NIBE two-compressor F 1345 -40 kW.
The project was designed and implemented by Re Energy. The concept is unique because the system is hybrid. The maximum possible number of boreholes were drilled along the contour of the building. Moreover, a Thermal Response Test was performed. It has been established that the boreholes would not be able to cover 100% of the building load, therefore, the decision made was to develop a hybrid system in order to assist the geothermal field.
The indoor system has fan coil units on a radiant scheme with floor metering via heat/cold meters of the actual energy used.
