We collect the data you provide to us when you make an inquiry in order to respond to you and we collect it on the basis of your consent.

We would like to offer you the best experience using the services of RE ENERGY. Educational emails contain instructions, tips or perhaps information about the advanced features of the Site. The purpose of these communications is to streamline the work of the end user. HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Personal Data collected only for the purpose of making contact shall be stored until the completion of the relevant communication, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Personal data collected for recruitment purposes - up to 6 months from the end of the recruitment process for the respective job position.
Please do not send us or disclose any sensitive personal information (such as information related to racial or ethnic origin, political beliefs, religion or other beliefs, health or medical condition, criminal origin or trade union membership) on or through the Site or otherwise to us.

We will provide the information free of charge and within one month, unless the request is unfounded, excessive or repetitive, in which case we reserve the right to charge a proportional administrative fee or refuse.

You can ask us to erase your Personal Data, but only if:
- it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected; or

We have no obligation to honour your request for deletion of your Personal Data if processing is required:

RE ENERDGY does not conduct profiling or automated individual decision-making.

DATA SECURITY METHODS
In order to protect our user’s data against unauthorized or accidental disclosure, we use reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures. The technical measures consist in the application of technologies that prevent unauthorized access to user data from third parties. For the purposes of maximum protection, we use encryption of user and end user data, communication on the Site and all data stored on servers. Organizational measures include a set of rules of conduct for our employees and are included in RE ENERGY's internal regulations, which, however, are considered confidential for security reasons. RE ENERGY undertakes to ensure that, in the event that servers are located in a data center managed by a third party, similar technical and organizational measures are also applied by such third party.
All data is stored only on servers located within the European Union.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION
RE ENERGY does not transfer Personal Data to third countries, outside the EU.
